The Customer-Centric
Business Blueprint

Your DNA Builder built your foundation. The Blueprint maps the territory — how your customer discovers you, what they search for at every stage, and what your business needs to do to win and keep them.

What this Blueprint adds — and what you've already done

If you've used the Business DNA Builder, your Customer Persona and Business Value Proposition are already built. The Blueprint does not ask you to repeat that work. It goes three layers deeper — into how your customer discovers you, what language they use at each decision stage, and what your business must do operationally to deliver on its promises.

✓ Already Done — DNA Builder

Your Foundation

  • Customer Persona — who your customer is

Use Your DNA Builder Outputs as Context
Customer Journey Map
5 Stages · Touchpoints · Content Opportunities

For each of the five journey stages, this prompt generates: what your customer is experiencing and thinking, the key touchpoints where they interact with you, the questions they're asking, the content that would serve them best at that stage, and what you should be doing to guide them through. It produces the single most important strategic document this Blueprint creates — and it becomes an input to both Stage 2 and Stage 3.

📋 Paste before running: Your Customer Persona document and your Business Value Proposition — both from the DNA Builder. The more context you provide, the more specific and actionable the Journey Map will be. Open DNA Builder →
What Stage 1 Produces
Stage overview for all 5 customer lifecycle stages
Key touchpoints — where they interact with your brand
Customer questions — what they ask at each stage
Content opportunities — what to create at each stage
Pain points — what frustrates them at each stage
Your actions — what you should be doing per stage
Journey Gaps — your 3 most urgent improvements

Stage 1 Expert AI Prompt Paste Your DNA Outputs First
Role: Act as a strategic customer experience consultant and journey mapping specialist — with deep expertise in small business marketing, consumer psychology, and the complete customer lifecycle from initial awareness through to long-term advocacy.

Task: Using my Customer Persona and Business Value Proposition, create a complete, detailed Customer Journey Map across all 5 stages of the customer lifecycle.

Context — Paste your DNA Builder outputs here:

My Customer Persona:
[PASTE YOUR CUSTOMER PERSONA DOCUMENT HERE]

My Business Value Proposition:
[PASTE YOUR BUSINESS VALUE PROPOSITION DOCUMENT HERE]

My Industry / Business Type: [e.g., Real Estate Agent, Business Coach, E-commerce Store, Accounting Practice, Fitness Studio]

Format: For each of the 5 stages — Awareness, Consideration, Decision, Retention, Advocacy — provide a clearly labelled section containing:

(1) Stage Overview — what the customer is experiencing, thinking, and feeling at this moment. What has triggered this stage?

(2) Key Touchpoints — the specific platforms, channels, and moments where they interact with my type of business at this stage. Be specific — not "social media" but "Instagram Reels showing results" or "Google search for [specific query]."

(3) Customer Questions — the 5 most common questions or objections they have at this stage. Use the actual language my customer uses, drawn from my Customer Persona.

(4) Content Opportunities — 3 specific pieces of content I could create that would serve this customer at this stage. For each: content format + a working title.

(5) My Actions — 3 specific things I should be doing at this stage to guide the customer forward. Be operational — what exactly do I do?

(6) Stage Pain Points — what is most frustrating, confusing, or uncertain for the customer at this stage?

After all 5 stages, add a "Journey Gaps Analysis" section identifying:
• My 3 most urgent gaps — where my customer currently experiences friction or abandons the journey
• 1 high-priority action for each gap I can take this week

Audience: A small business owner who wants to understand their customer deeply enough to create the right content, at the right time, in the right place — without guessing.

Tone: Strategic and specific — not academic. Frame every insight as something actionable. Use the specific language and context from my Customer Persona wherever possible.

Goal: A complete, usable Customer Journey Map that tells me exactly what content to create at each stage, where to focus my attention first, and where I'm currently losing potential customers.

Output: Create a document named 'Customer Journey Map'
🔗 After Stage 1: Your Journey Map becomes the prerequisite for Stages 2 and 3. Each of the 5 stages also maps directly to an audience segment — use the Audience Definition Tool to define campaign-specific targeting for any stage.

The Most Valuable Output in This Blueprint
Keyword & Content Intelligence Matrix
30 Keywords × 5 Stages · Content Titles · SEO Intent

The original Blueprint describes this output as "the most valuable result." It generates 30 keyword phrases per journey stage — 150 keywords total — organised by search intent, with matching content titles and format recommendations. This is the bridge between understanding your customer and knowing exactly what to create with your prompt pack. It also feeds directly into the Keyword Research Blueprint bonus and tells you which content prompts to prioritise first.

⚠️ Prerequisite: Complete Stage 1 first. Paste your Customer Journey Map (from Stage 1) alongside your Customer Persona into the Context field below. Running Stages 2 and 3 in the same AI session as Stage 1 produces significantly more accurate keyword and content recommendations.
What Stage 2 Produces
30 keyword phrases per journey stage (150 total)
Search intent classification for every keyword
5 content titles per stage matching top keywords
Content format recommendation per title
10 highest-priority keywords overall
3 first content pieces to create (with rationale)
Document: "Keyword & Content Intelligence Matrix"
Prompt pack prioritisation by content category
Stage 2 Expert AI Prompt Paste Journey Map + Persona
Role: Act as an SEO strategist, content marketing specialist, and consumer search behaviour expert — with deep knowledge of how potential customers search for solutions at each stage of their buying journey.

Task: Using my Customer Persona, Business Value Proposition, and Customer Journey Map, generate a comprehensive Keyword & Content Intelligence Matrix organised by customer journey stage.

Context — Paste your outputs here:

My Customer Persona:
[PASTE YOUR CUSTOMER PERSONA DOCUMENT HERE]

My Business Value Proposition:
[PASTE YOUR BUSINESS VALUE PROPOSITION DOCUMENT HERE]

My Customer Journey Map:
[PASTE YOUR CUSTOMER JOURNEY MAP FROM STAGE 1 HERE — or paste 2-3 sentences describing your business if you haven't run Stage 1 yet]

My Industry / Business Type: [e.g., Real Estate Agent, Business Coach, E-commerce Store, Landscaper, Physiotherapy Practice]

My Primary Location or Market: [e.g., Brisbane, Queensland, Australia / Online / National]

Format: For each of the 5 journey stages — Awareness, Consideration, Decision, Retention, Advocacy — produce:

(1) Keyword Phrase Table — 30 keyword phrases my ideal customer would use when searching at this stage. Format as a clear list. For each keyword, add:
• Search intent: Informational / Commercial / Transactional / Navigational
• Estimated priority: High / Medium / Low

(2) Content Title List — 5 specific content titles I could create targeting the highest-priority keywords at this stage. Use actual keyword phrases in the titles.

(3) Format Recommendations — for each content title, specify the ideal content format: blog post, short video, Instagram carousel, email newsletter, FAQ page, YouTube video, social ad, etc.

After all 5 stages, provide:

PRIORITY SUMMARY:
• My 10 highest-priority keywords overall (across all stages) — explain why each is high-priority
• The 3 content pieces I should create first, with a brief rationale for why these three will have the greatest impact on my business right now
• Which categories of prompts in my Expert AI Prompt Pack to prioritise based on these keywords (e.g., "Start with the blog post prompts, then social media captions, then email")

Audience: A small business owner ready to use their Expert AI Prompt Pack to create targeted, search-optimised content that attracts and converts clients at every stage of their customer journey.

Tone: Strategic and specific — use actual keyword phrases, not examples. Every recommendation should be immediately actionable.

Goal: A keyword and content roadmap that tells me exactly what to create, in what format, at what stage — so I can open my prompt pack and know precisely which prompts to run first.

Output: Create a document named 'Keyword & Content Intelligence Matrix'
🔗 After Stage 2: Your keyword list is the input for the AI Keyword Research Blueprint — which validates search volumes and expands your list using free tools. Your 3 priority content pieces tell you exactly which prompt categories from your pack to run immediately.

3
Strategic Differentiator — Unique to This Blueprint
Business Operations Blueprint
Roles · Tasks · AI Prompt Applications · Priority Automation Map

Most business owners use AI prompts randomly. This stage changes that. By reverse-engineering your customer journey and value proposition into the internal roles and tasks your business needs to perform, you get a clear picture of where AI prompts create the highest operational leverage — and in what order to deploy them. This is the section that saves 50–60 hours of planning work per cycle, as documented in the Automation Portfolio.

⚠️ Best result: Run Stage 3 in the same AI session as Stages 1 and 2 — the AI already has your Customer Persona, Value Proposition, and Journey Map in context. The Operations Blueprint produced this way is significantly more specific and operationally accurate.
What Stage 3 Produces
5–8 key business roles or operational functions
3–5 critical tasks per role or function
AI prompt use case for every high-leverage task
Priority Automation Map — top 10 tasks by AI leverage
Estimated time saving per AI application
30-Day Quick Start — 5 AI workflow actions this week
Prompt pack category prioritisation by operational need
Document: "Business Operations Blueprint"
Stage 3 Expert AI Prompt Run in Same Session as Stages 1 & 2
Role: Act as a business operations consultant and AI workflow strategist specialising in efficiency design for small businesses and solopreneurs — with deep expertise in identifying where AI tools create the highest operational leverage relative to the effort required to implement them.

Task: Using my Customer Persona, Business Value Proposition, and Customer Journey Map, reverse-engineer my business operations into a prioritised AI implementation plan.

Context:
[If running in the same session as Stages 1 and 2, the AI already has this context. Otherwise, paste your Customer Persona, Value Proposition, and Customer Journey Map here.]

My Business Type: [e.g., Real Estate Agency, Coaching Practice, E-commerce Store, Accounting Firm]
My Team Size: [e.g., Solo operator / 2–3 people / Small team of 5–10]
My Primary Growth Focus: [e.g., Getting more leads, Creating more content, Improving client retention, Launching a new service]

Format: Produce 5 clearly labelled sections:

(1) Business Roles & Functions
List the 5–8 key roles or operational functions required to deliver my value proposition and serve my customers through all 5 journey stages. For a solo operator, these are the "hats" you wear. Format as: Role Name + 1-sentence description of what it covers.

(2) Key Tasks per Role
For each role, list 3–5 of the most important recurring tasks. Be specific — not "write content" but "write a 600-word blog post targeting a specific keyword each week."

(3) AI Prompt Applications
For the highest-leverage tasks in each role, provide:
• The specific task
• The AI use case (what the prompt does)
• The estimated time saving (e.g., "reduces 3 hours to 20 minutes")
• The prompt category from a typical Expert AI Prompt Pack that covers this

(4) Priority Automation Map
Rank the top 10 tasks across all roles by AI leverage potential — using this formula: High Business Impact + Low Implementation Difficulty = Top Priority. Format as a numbered list with a brief rationale for each ranking.

(5) 30-Day Quick Start
The 5 most important AI workflow changes to implement in the next 30 days — one from each of the top 5 roles. For each: the specific task, the AI tool or prompt to use, and the expected outcome.

Audience: A small business owner who wants to use AI tools — including their Expert AI Prompt Pack — strategically rather than randomly. Every recommendation should have a clear line between the action and the business outcome.

Tone: Operational and direct — specific tasks, not strategic concepts. Every recommendation should be something I can implement this week.

Goal: A prioritised AI implementation plan that tells me exactly which of my operations AI prompts will transform first, and in what order — so I get the highest return on my prompt pack investment as fast as possible.

Output: Create a document named 'Business Operations Blueprint'
🔗 After Stage 3: Your Priority Automation Map directly maps to the AI Chaining Workflows — use the 3-step production systems for your top-priority operational tasks. Your prompt pack category priority list tells you where to start tomorrow.
