How To Use: Voice Onboarding Chaining Workflow
This onboarding workspace operates as a companion dashboard. Keep an AI assistant with built-in dictation open in another window — Claude, ChatGPT or Google Gemini. We recommend the Claude desktop app: dictation is built in, so the transcript appears on screen without you selecting anything, and it can write your exports straight into the client folder rather than Downloads. Whichever you use, work in dictation mode, not live voice mode, so you can correct a name or a figure before it is sent. The Voice Dictation Guide has setup steps for all three.
This is four separate interviews, not one. Each has its own prompt and produces its own document, and each one feeds the next. Allow about 10 minutes per interview — Stage 1, Who Am I, is the longest at around 15 — plus about 30 minutes across the set to read each document and correct it before you save. You can stop after any interview, because each one saves its own file.
- 1. Set Client Details Enter Your Name and Company above. The system will automatically configure and name all text exports.
- 2. Copy & Speak Prompt Copy Prompt 1 and paste it into your assistant. Answer the coach's questions naturally in your brand voice, using dictation so you can read each answer back before sending it.
- 3. Capture & Paste Copy the final interview transcript or output from your assistant, and paste it into the designated Stage textarea.
- 4. Save & Progress Click "Save as Text File" to export your Option B document. This automatically opens the next stage!

Before you start
This tool keeps everything in your own browser — nothing is sent to us and there is no database. Your answers do go into an AI assistant, so two things are worth knowing.
- Check your assistant's training setting. On free and paid personal plans alike, conversations may be used to improve the model unless you turn that off in your account settings. Business and enterprise plans generally exclude it by default.
- Keep three things out of the interview: real customer or prospect names, real numbers (pricing, margins, contract values), and anything competitively sensitive. Describe the shape instead — “a works manager at a regional council”, “priced above market on a value argument”. You will get a better artefact anyway, because this tool is capturing how you think, not your data.
Which assistant? Claude, ChatGPT or Google Gemini all work. The Claude desktop app is the smoothest, because dictation is built in and the transcript appears on screen without you selecting anything.
